McNair Foundation Incorporated is proud to introduce Scholar Matthew Smith. Matthew is a graduate of Seventy-First Senior High in Fayetteville North Carolina. He has chosen to further his education at Livingstone College. We are extremely proud to be able to be a part of his journey.
